Join us for our 9th annual physician well-being conference where we focus on ways that organizations can develop programs and initiatives to enhance the well-being of their physicians. This important focus can increase quality patient care and outcomes, lower risk, and promote physician satisfaction and engagement. Our conference will take place at the Swissôtel Chicago on July 29-31, 2019. (Please see draft agenda.)

 

Conference General Session Fee: $750                                              Conference Registration: 
• The conference registration fee is payable at the time of registration. 
• Members receive $100 discount
• Discount code is for poster presenters only.
• General session offers up to 10.25 CME credits

• General session registration opens Mon, July 29th at 5:45 p.m. in the Eleve Foyer

Pre-Conferences: $150, each (specialty tracks take place concurrently)
• Women Physicians: Addressing issues that women in medicine face daily
• GME: Physician well-being program requirements
Each pre-conference session offers up to 3 CME credits

Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine (AAEM) and the Coalition for Physician Well-Being. AAEM is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit Designation Statement
The American Academy of Emergency Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 13.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
 Conference Cancellation/Refund Policy:
• To receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee, you must cancel by midnight July 1, 2019.
• To receive a 50% refund minus a $50 administration fee, you must cancel by midnight July 15, 2019.
• No refunds will be given for those cancelling after midnight of July 15, 2019.
